Liquid Screed for a Luxury Residential Development in Buckinghamshire
Project Overview
In early 2025, Screeding.com was appointed to deliver liquid screed for a high-end residential development in Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire. The project involved preparing and screeding the floors of six luxury detached homes, each fitted with underfloor heating.

The developer needed a fast, efficient screeding solution that would:

Our Solution

Site preparation: Our team levelled and sealed each floor area, ensuring the underfloor heating pipes were fully secured.

Liquid screed application: Using pump delivery, we poured and finished an average of 180m² per property in a matter of hours.

Finishing: Surfaces were laser-levelled for precision, and laitance removal was scheduled as part of our aftercare service.
All work was completed to BS 8204 standards, with drying times monitored to allow flooring installation on schedule.
